Curiosity led me to better digestion and movement. Compassion keeps me here.

Hi, I’m Stephanie Walsh.

I am, and always will be, a curious person. Puzzles, math, science, and the “whys” of life are my jam. My favorite quote is from Albert Einstein: “The more I learn, the more I realize I do not know.” That curiosity has shaped my education and career, and eventually led me to one of the greatest puzzles of all: understanding my own body.

I know exactly what it feels like to struggle with digestive symptoms that seem to control your life. For years, I lived with constant stomach aches, unpredictable bowel movements, skin issues, and bloating that I just accepted as normal. I tried everything - from gastroenterologists to over-the-counter remedies - but nothing seemed to truly help.

It wasn’t until I started listening to my body, understanding what worked for me and finding the right tools, that I finally found relief. I began to feel amazing, with days where I forgot I ever had digestive issues in the first place.

That experience changed everything.

I realized that true, lasting health isn’t about restriction or quick fixes. It’s about awareness of how your body responds to food, movement, stress, and lifestyle. It’s about finding balance to live in joy, not deprivation. It’s about inviting curiosity to discover what feels good, let go of what no longer serves you, and move in ways that support your body, even if you’ve had injuries or limitations.

That’s why I became a nutritionist and personal trainer over a decade ago. I wanted to help people like you get the shortcut to feeling better, without years of trial and error. Through my work as a Master Nutrition Therapist, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, Certified Eating Psychology Coach, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the powerful connection between digestion, movement, and overall health.

I combine my lived experience with formal training in nutrition, fitness, and eating psychology to help you discover what truly works for you.

Whether through mindful movement, nutrition, or personalized support, my goal is to help you feel amazing in your body, and live your life without being held back by symptoms.

Curiosity led me to better digestion and movement. Compassion keeps me here…for you to live your best life.
