Every decision we make is a mutual and collaborative one, based on your goals. We work together to find obstacles while giving you a non-judgmental space to explore, make mistakes and learn what truly is your best path to a happier, healthier you.

    I will help you find a fitness routine you enjoy by focusing on the body before me and what it needs to support healthy movement patterns. We will work together to find guidance into safe and pain-free movement, better mind-body connection, and a fun environment to move your body.
