Challenge your perception of breath. Dive into the anatomy of how your breathing may be affecting your posture and pain patterns. Spend time working on breath, thoracic mobility and improving posture. This class is part-lecture, part-movement. All levels welcome.

Learn how stress and an imbalance in your gut microbiota may be leading to IBS symptoms, as well as the nutrition and lifestyle changes you can make to feel better.

Challenge your perception of hip mobility. Learn about lumbopelvic / hip anatomy and how your hip immobility may be causing knee and back pain. Spend time working into better hip mobility and less back pain. This class is part-lecture, part-movement. All levels welcome.
