I wish I knew then what I know now.

I know exactly what it feels like to struggle with digestive symptoms that seem to control your life. For years, I lived with constant stomach aches, unpredictable bowel movements, skin issues, and bloating that I just accepted as my normal. I tried everything, from gastroenterologists to over-the-counter remedies, but nothing seemed to truly help. It wasn’t until I started listening to my body—understanding what worked for me and finding the right tools—that I finally found the solution. I began to feel amazing, with days where I forgot I ever had digestive issues in the first place.

That’s why I became a nutritionist over a decade ago. I wanted to help people like you get the shortcut to feeling better, without years of trial and error. I knew that health wasn’t just about what you eat—it’s about how your body responds to everything: stress, your habits, how you nurture your well-being, and even your mindset.

Through my work as a Master Nutrition Therapist, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, Certified Eating Psychology Coach, and even as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the powerful connection between digestion, stress, and overall health.
